Special notes on quote

On quote #1414462, the customer added some special notes. However, the emailed quote did not list them:

Any idea why?
The same question
The customer created the quote and the system emailed you the alert letting you know about the quote. Then the customer entered his question (which updated the event notes). Since the alert email was sent before he asked the question it couldn't have included it. That is why a 2nd alert was sent out.
