Is it possible to sort/filter and view completed events by completed survey status?
Is it possible to sort/filter and view completed events by completed survey status?
You can filter by completed events, but cannot filter by survey status.
You can however create a custom lead report (by clicking reports... on the left side) and add the field Lead Flag to it. Then when viewing the report that column will include a note about if the survey was completed.

Understood, but can it added as a filter option at some point in time? We typically unflag the events with completed surveys so as to not over crowd the "Flagged Leads" box in the Overview tab. In the near future, we may want to identify those customers who had a positive review of our service and would prefer to not have to open every single Completed Event Lead to find them.

Yes it can be added. In the meantime, you can use the Settings->Testimonials to view the testimonial portion of the survey. Click Add New and you'll see a list of them.
