Some users cannot electronically sign contracts; nothing happens when the button is pressed

I've addressed this before by email as it came up...it seems at least 1-2 people/month report the same issue. The current lead that is experiencing the problem is 1157708. He is using IE 11

US: "What kind of browser/mobile are you using? Once a month or so I get

someone with the same complaint, but we've not been able to narrow down

the source of the issue. You're able to see the checkbox visibly

'check' once you click it? Then when you hit the blue button nothing

happens??"

HIM: "Correct. I can check the agreed to terms box but when I click the blue button nothing happens. I'm using Internet Explorer 11"

We are not continuing to maintain the older customer facing pages. You may want to upgrade to the new pages. I know that you have some custom stuff on your pages that would either be lost or need reworked, but I recommend upgrading to the new pages. They look a lot better. We would have to help you with the switch since you have multiple quote pages.

I'll work on that in the coming months, but did not want to initiate a change like that mid-season. Our initial testing of the new pages was quite 'buggy' and the layout was less than optimal, so we'll need to work on it when we aren't sending out so many contracts. Thanks for the reply.

We've updated the template to be condensed. You can see an example in your account. It's name has " - Latest" after it.
