Some Status's not auto updating

Hey IO,


I belive I have the settings of my status to go into "Completed" Status once the full balance has been paid and the event date has passed. This helps me determine which leads still owe money the day after the event.


However, for 2 leads both requirments have been met yet the status is still in "Confirmed".

Is there anything I did wrong?


The leads in question are:

1323212

If you manually change something on the "Contract" tab of the lead (like entering a payment manually), we don't automatically change the status of a lead. We've considered changing this.

Ok, no problem. I'll be sure to update the status if I enter final payments manually.
