lead # 995198 requires sticky wall 530 and lead # 888718 has it until 5


my system should have a yellow soft conflict within 3 hrs of ech event

I have fixed this lead for you by clearing the setup and teardown times on that lead (they were set to 0 hours). I will look into this more to figure out why they were set to 0 because it didn't look like this was done by you.

I found that the old quote pages (that you are using) were setting the setup, teardown, and travel time to 0 hours which caused it to only show soft conflicts for events within 15min of each other. I have fixed this.


You'll want to check the contract tab to make sure they times are set correct for any upcoming events. Sorry for the issue with this!

that isnt the problem, we generally manually set those times the week before the event. Our program is set up whereby any piece of inventory that is scheduled within 3 hrs apart should show as a soft(yellow ) conflict. It didnt and then we scheduled an event a half hr apart for each other when we reuire an hr. With the soft conflict prompt, it allows us to look at the previous scheduled event and give an appropiate time for take down from one event to the other.

Your custom cushion is set to 0.5hrs. I have changed it to 3.25 to make it show when there is a soft conflict of 3 hours. Remember, as mentioned above that if you define the setup, teardown, and travel time that the soft conflict time drops to 0.5hrs for that lead.

not sure what changed that as it was set years ago. moving forward tho, can we manually set the set up and tear down times ( under contract) a few days prior to each individual event as we have been doing?

Yes you can still manually set those prior to the event.
