I have recently added Skype to my desktop and notice that customer phone numbers are now blued to link with Skype. Are there any advantages or disadvantages from allowing this link? Sometimes a customer will ask us about a sight and we ask them to take a picture and send it to us rather than conduct a visit in person. Could Skype be helpful in this?

I think skype just highlights the phone numbers on that computer to link to it and has nothing to do with our software. You can have your workers text or email the pictures to attach@inflatableoffice.com and the system will link the picture to the lead.
