unable to figure out why i am showing a conflict for july 1 2017. i have unit going out twice that day and eliminated the travel and setup times to zero but it still shows potential conflict.
please clarify.

When you remove all those fields rather than put zeros in the software adds an additional buffer on to account for the lack of travel and setup info.

ok. i tried entering 0 and also 1 minute etc. still showing a possible conflict. doesn't affect the job. just more of a nuisance that it shows up. is there a way to get rid of this.

Sorry, but the only way to remove that is to change the timing of the events. I'll put in a request to allow ignores.
