Shift schedule in delivery module different than lead

I just scheduled the delivery and teardown for Lead ID 1903415 by creating two-hour shifts in the delivery module. However, when I go to the lead and check the schedule, the shifts are only 30 minutes long. What is going on?


I notice that if I manually change the Setup Duration and Teardown Duration the shifts change in the lead, but I just want them to match what I enter in the Delivery Module.

When you schedule a shift from the delivery page, we call them grouped shifts. They can contain one lead or many leads. The grouped shift time is what shows on the schedule and emails. The shift on the lead is the representation of the time in that grouped shift that is spent on that specific lead. So, you can schedule on the delivery page a shift that includes more time than required to do work for a specific lead. Maybe you would do this because you want the workers to do additional work at your warehouse. This is how it is meant to work. After hearing this explanation, do you still have an issue with this?

Makes sense. I also was concerned about which schedule would be emailed/texted to the employee, and that appears to work how I would expect. Thanks!
