What is the best way to add our frame tents to inventory?
All of our frame tents are in 20x20 increments. So total, we have (6) 20x20 frame tents but on the website we're looking to advertise (6) 20x20 tents, (3) 20x40 tents, etc. We could even offer (1) 20x120 but they all share the same parts and canopies so how can we properly enter these items in so that if someone books (3) 20x40 tents, we know that we have no 20x20 tents left for a given day?

You would add a rental item for the largest combination you offer. Then you would add a child items for the other combinations and the smallest parts. Then you fill in the structure field on all the items starting with the smallest parts first.
For your example, you would make a 20 x 40 tent. Then you would add a child that is a 20 x 20 with a quantity of 6 and structure of A. Go back to the 20 x 40 and make it's structure A,A. The system will put in the proper quantity and track everything properly from there.
