set emails to automatic

Howdy,
I am trying to create an email template that will send an email automatically to a client 1 day after their event. We have several emails like this but when I go to create this new email, I only have two categories to select (manual & Newsletter). When I go to newsletter I cant seem to find the options that allow it to just send 1 email instead of a recurring newsletter. Any ideas on how to set this email to automatic? We have other email templates in the automatic catgeory.

We do not allow you to create new automatic emails. To do what you are trying to do, you should be able to edit and save a copy of the Customer - Thank You email.
