Sending Payment Information

We get alot of clients call and ask us to send copies of their payments like when they pay with a credit card.


we send them automatically when they payment is made but im talking about the after the fact sends?


Is there a way to do this?

Like from within IO instead of printing them out , pdfing them and sending them via email out side IO?

You can go to the event tab of the lead and select the Customer - Payment Received template. It will send a receipt summing all the payments made. Otherwise, you can go to the contract tab and click on the reference number/text next to a payment to bring up the receipt. Copy and send that link to the customer for an individual payment receipt. But you are correct, they do receive the payment receipt link automatically when you have that template turned on in Settings->Email Center.
