Send AutoEmail for Manual Quote where customer does not book within set period

Customer talks to phone center rep and a quote is generated. In current Auto-Emails, there is no follow up if the customer fails to follow up within a set period of time , say a week. This auto email exists for a customer generated quote.
This would be extremely valuable for those of us that use a phone center, who do not perform any callbacks. For folks who do not need this, they could deactivate the auto email.
A clone of the existing auto email would be perfect place to start, and should be a quick development item.

I find this option under email center
There is a reminder email for this for both client and administrative created quotes
You can set the number of days after the quote is generated to send a reminder
