I am trying to add the Warehouse Manager for NY to a new schedule for order 964487. He is on the 1st time but his name does not appear for me to select for a new schedule time I created.

When a position is selected, only the workers for that position show. You can either give that worker the position or change the position on the shift to one he has or "select" and hit the update button and his name should appear.
