Sales Tax

When a customer identifies as non-profit, sometimes a sales tax is added to the rental and sometimes it is not added. We are forced to delete the tax. Why is this happening?

If you are not using Taxcloud, then the customer has to check 'Exempt' on the quote form. If you are using Taxcloud, they must fill out an exemption certificate.
