Sales Tax Updating but NOT Saving?

When I hit "Update" on the Quote for Event page, the sales tax I've applied to my "Price" will update and apply correctly (5%). However, as soon as I hit "Save" it zeros out the total sales tax and returns to the event page without applying sales tax to the overall rental. Whats going on? I've tried this exact procedure for another quote without issue.
