Hi,
I have hired a sales agent. How do I create a login user code that can only add in new clients but not delete hard files or customers?

This would require the use of the Workers Module. This module has several features related to employee management, scheduling, and auto-text reminding; but it's also what allows you to create multiple user profiles inside your IO account, each with their own permissions (the ability to delete a lead is one of these permissions). The Workers module is $65 per month additional to your base subscription price. It can be added in Settings->Subscription.
