Restricting booking of item without booking additional items

Hi,
Is it possible to restrict auto booking of an item unless another item is booked with it.
For example if someone wants to rent a birthday chair they should not be able to book just the chair. They would need to rent at least one other item (or a minimum dollar amount) to be able to book. This keeps someone from booking a $25 item that will cost $25 to deliver. We don't want to require pickup of item because if something else is rented with it we would deliver it.

Sally, under Settings--> Distance charges you you can change the minimum amount for delivery by entering a minimum amount for delivery
