Restrict equipment from booking online

I have some large items I want to go out and inspect the site before the customer can book it. How would I restrict these larger items from online booking?

If you go to the piece of equipment, into it's "Advanced Features" area and edit it: you can change the "Restriction:" drop down to "book" (meaning it will allow them to quote it but restrict them from autobooking).
