report with day of week and times of leads generated

Is it possible to run a report that shows the day of the week and time of day that leads are generated and when/if they are booked and for what amounts.
I'm trying to determine what day's and times the best leads come in so I can advertise and staff appropriately.

When you click "customize report" on the bottom left of the leads page, you can drag columns into the report. The one you are looking for is "lead create date/time"
