Repeat customer Report

I'd like to set up a report that shows me the percentage of customers that use my services more than once, twice and so forth. This seems like a complicated report so I thought I'd ask.
I don't believe this is something we'd be able to do inside InflatableOffice in a report / Dashboard. You could create a filter for "completed" leads, and then a report that "Group by" "Lead Organization" and include the Column Name "Count" in the report. This would tell you how many lines are "grouped" together. The percentage would then need manually calculated from there. You'd need to sort by the "count" column inside excel after exporting the report because our queries don't allow for that level of data manipulation.
