Repairs Check in and Out

I have tried several times to return a repaired attraction (ALL Star Arena Original) to service, but I must be doing something wrong. It continues to show up in red on quotes although I have entered returned to service several times.

To check-in, you just have to click the X next to it when it is listed under Items Currently Out.
