Rental Look up of use and non use

I am trying to see if there is a way, I can download how many times a rental went out. i.e. How many chairs went out during a month or a year. Also what rental items are available during a certain month (in days). We are trying to allow our sales team to push items that are not commonly booked and also to see how many times chairs or tables were rented out for future expectations.

It might be beneficial for you to look at the Overview tab->Stats and change the year to a "custom" date range (for the month). The # column shows how many were rented over the time period.

Thats exactly what I want, but I want to do a larger overview of everything.
Is there a way to export that? I have clicked on "PRINT", but it only shows the screen page.
