Rental Contract- Option Item not showing up

It appears that one of my option items doesn't show up on the contract after saving it. The option in question is the "Rain Date Hold for Specific Date". The rental total changes but it's not listed in the description table. I have attached 3 files for your review. Thanks.

If you go to the item in your rental inventory, click edit, and click "Select Pages," The item is set to only show up on the Packing List.
