remove a rental from showing up in stats?

In january we sold a piece of equipment (fire truck train) and used IO for the transaction. It is and is going to throw my numbers off in reports by alot. Is there a way to remove it from reports so I have an accurate picture? thanks

Only by deleting the lead or moving it to a status like "quote". I'd recommend going to the "auto emails" tab and making sure to prevent any of them from sending..

No. The only way IO issues a refund is if you are using OpenEdge as your Merchant service, and you type a negative number in while adding a new payment. You would have to intentionally choose to "recharge card ####" with a negative amount.
