I wish I knew that before setting up with them. Luckily it was quick and easy! What other merchant providers do you not allow recharges with, before I seek another?

Authorize.net and OpenEdge are the only ones you can recharge. You can see all features for each merchant account on the Settings->Merchant Services page.

wow that really leaves little options. Myself i made the choice to try IO because of the instant quote feature and use the online processing. Realizing that its just bad business to not be allowed to access the credit card information is why i have used the pencil for so long or an excel spread sheet. I don't fully understand the back end. But If the card is charge through a website which is IO and processed through a processor and it can all be refunded etc. I guess its about finding a group that will allow you to access it. Which is kinda odd that all party rental companies are in the same situation but either use 2 processors that have the ability or use a pencil. Seems after all these years and technology there would be more solutions. i don't know its just frustrating. Ironically or #1 inflatable supplier that i use carries a .80 cent note book and a cell phone. Until this moment i always kinda made fun of them.

Authorize.net is a gateway and integrates with almost all merchant accounts and banks in the US and Canada, so you have plenty of options to choose from.
