Recent Update? Pictures embedded into emails gone and showing as broken links?

Hello,
Wondering if there was a recent update that would cause photos in one of my emails to not load? Some reason with both my territory sites the pictures that were embedded now only show as broken image files?
Is there a way to fix this or do I need to go back in and reload pictures/links?
