Quote system has begun again allowing customers to ask for quantities we don't have

This happened a few months ago and this time again a customer mistakenly put in that they wanted 100 cotton candy machines and the quote system let them get a price for 100 instead of knowing that we don't have 1oo machines. ID: 4050681

I'm going to put this in our product development system to see what is causing this. I ran a test and it seems like when you type 100 in the quantity field of the cotton candy machine the rental items correct itself back to four but the accessory you have attached, Standard Delivery/Pickup, doesn't correct itself and stays at 100. We'll begin looking into this bug and I'll make sure to update you when it's fixed. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.
