Quote Request Summer Splash Slide

I no longer have the Summer Splash Slide. Customers are able to select it as a rental item when requesting a quote. I have asked before if you could remove it and i was told you could not remove it but would somehow make it inactive. I am pleading for your assistance so that i will not encounter an unsatisfied customer.

Go to settings, find the item, click the check box, then click delete.

Hope all is well, thank you for the prompt response. It is not found in my Prices or Item list, I did find it somewhere else and it will not delete, only make it Inactive. I believe you guys made it inactive a while back told me it could not be deleted because i had activity in the past for this item. Customers are still able to get a quote for the Summer Slide and pricing for $100.00 and I sold it, don't have it anymore. If it's not too much to ask will you please delete it on my behalf.
