QuickBooks released an update that is causing this. It looks like you have to login to your QB file as admin and then run the web connector. When you do this, it should re-authorize us to sync. Thanks.

It looks like you will have to open your QB file as admin in single user mode as well. It should give you the option to re-authorize your IO app. It should work after.

OK I tried that, it is still stuck. ?? Do I need to remove the integration in QB then reauthorize from scratch?

QB updated their security settings such that every 90 days certain user logins need to update their password. Until they are updated, we can't sync. I think if you use the admin login to login with our app it will be fine because I don't think they make you update the admin password every 90 days.

If you are having trouble with the web connector related to this issue, you should login to your QB file with the user that our app is set to login with. This will be the administrator unless you specifically changed it. To find the profile our app is using, go to edit->preferences->integrated applications->company preferences in QB. Then click on the InflatableOffice app and click properties. It should show you what user is used to login. Then close QB and reopen with that user. Attempt to use the web connector. After it completes regardless of the result, close QB and try again. This should fix the issue.
