It seems when I run the web connector I get an error message in the status-last result: Application requested to abort.

Right now I can't input my customer(s) info from inflatable office to Quickbooks. I'm not sure what I need to do to fix the problem. Thanks.

Version:

PHP QuickBooks SOAP Server v2.0 at /qbint/io_qbserver.php

Message:

Application requested to abort

Description:

Error connecting to QuickBooks. Error message received from QuickBooks was . Application has sent back a DONE via connectionError. More information in available in the log file (click View Log button from main window). Update aborted per request from application

I show it last ran successfully on 3/14. Have you made a change since then? The message we are getting is that it cannot start QuickBooks. I see your file is located in a Google Drive folder on your computer. Here are the things to check when we get that error.

  1. Open your QB file and then run the web connector. Sometimes QB upgrades require you to re-authorize the web connector apps.
  2. Check to make sure you have not change the file location or name and forgot to change it in IO also. Since you have a multi-location account, you must login under the worker account that originally had QB setup. For you that is your xxxxxxxct2009 worker profile. Go to Settings->QuickBooks to see the file path and name currently entered.

If you still have trouble after trying these steps, please let us know.

Thanks for the information. I recently switched computers, so the company file was loaded from my google drive when I started the new computer and installed quickbooks. I found the file path to be correct in IO. It still doesn't want to connect and gives me the same error message. I noticed that the file patch doesn't contain the .qbw file. Could this be the problem. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

The path is probably different on your new computer. Please email the path to us. It would be best not to put it on this topic. It will look something like C:/Users/somefolders/file name.qbw
