I updated my quickbooks to 2017 and currently running it on a different computer. Transferred all data from the older version of QB to the new. Having trouble importing lead to QB from IO. I need all completed leads and payments from 1-15-17 to current. When I try to import I get error message 3100 and 0 Processed. Never really had this problem before

Recently updated my quick books to 2017 desktop version this year on a different computer. I imported all the information over to the new version. I went to run a sync from IO to QB and the status is 0 processed every time with a error code 3100. I will need to import all leads and payment from 1-15-17 to current. What do I need to do to get this back up and running? Thank
Did you ever change the file name and location of the file we are syncing with? It may still be syncing with the old file. Before you update the name and location, please contact us so we can disable the syncing temporarily. Then the name and location can be updated and we can back date when you want the syncing to start.
