Hi Guys,
Lastly is the an easier way of providing a quick quote with putting in so information to generate a quote on the system? My order taking team have ask as some customer just want a quick quote without taking all personal details.

This is possible. You would have to customize your quote form or make a second one for quick quotes and customize it.
The customization would be to hide the fields you don't want to show and fill in hard coded generic information so it doesn't error because many of those fields are required.
When doing this you may affect the accuracy of the quote if you hard code a field that is needed to price the lead.
