Quantity Pricing

Is there a way to price certain items by quantity? I see release notes and other comments in here about it, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Example: Rent the first VR setup for $600. Each additional one is only $400.

Ideally this would still calculate the hourly cost we already have set. Maybe it needs to be a percentage discount on each additional unit? Idk, there must be a way to do this.

I see now that there is a "Price List" option that might work for this, but I can't figure out how to get to that option.

The Price List is a deprecated feature and wouldn't calculate hourly pricing like you need. I'd recommend doing a percentage based Special discount.

Thanks!

I set a special discount for 2 VR sets, 3 VR sets and 4 VR sets. It seems to be working almost perfectly. However, if I enter a lead with 4 VR sets, and then downgrade it to 3 sets, the discount is still applied on the 4th set, even though it says "Does Not Qualify". See attached. Is there a way to have that automatically remove itself without hitting recalculate, as that would cause other problems?

If not, can we at least change "Does Not Qualify" to appear in red type? That way it would be more likely to be seen and removed.

Looks like my attachment didn't make it. Here it is.

We do this because many of our users have had issues where the tell a customer one price and then later modify their promo and cant get back on the lead like it was originally. We don't have a good way of knowing if intended to stay there or not, so we don't remove it unless it's recalculated.

Can you make "Does Not Qualify" red so it jumps out at us? I need a way to make sure it is seen by the sales rep and deleted.

I've added it to the list
