Quantity drop down Menu not showing

Hi,
On my quote request page I was wondering why many customers were putting 1 item for items that normally have a large quantity.
I just happen to check the quote page and there is no longer a drop down box for them to select the quantity for items with more than one in my inventory.
How can I fix this?

You had a stylesheet from your website that had a margin on the container that held those. I overrode it so that they show now. Thanks!
