QB Web Connector

Can you please fix web connector for our Fun Flicks acct. It says that password incorrect... email me for password. Thanks! I need this done ASAP so i can close the acct by Jan 1. We will no longer need the Fun FLicks IO acct. Only the one for Kicks and Giggles.

We cannot access passwords. Can you email us a screenshot of the web connector with error? Also send us the username that you setup the integration under. If it is the username that I suppose, it has not connected to QB since April 13th.
Your password should be the password that you were using for you IO account that you integrated with the web connector when you first set it up. To make sure QB is not just giving you a strange false error, I recommend opening your QB file and then running the web connector.
