Put customer messages above the default event notes.
Planned
This feels inconsistent:
- When a customer submits a comment, their message is added to the top of the event notes.
- When a customer submits a contact form, their message is added to the bottom of the default event notes.
It would be most useful to us for customer messages to always be added in a consistent direction to reflect the order of receipt, and for that direction to be the top for easier reading of new messages.
