Prompt box before booking

Is it possible to add a prompt box with checkboxes that would prevent continuing to contract page unless all boxes were checked? This would be incredibly helpful and eliminate the need for the much requested additional custom fields.

They can be put into the contract template using the template variable %initials% which would prevent the signature until a checkbox is checked. (I recommend making this variable as obvious as possible by highlighting the background of it and surrounding it by noticeable text).
In order to put it into the Quote Confirmation page and making it required before moving onto the contract page would require some custom JavaScript, but it is possible to do from a freelance web developer.
