Problems with the Safety & Training!

One of our customers just informed me that she was unable to finish the online safety & training, she was able to do half of it, I have my bounce house rentals set to Bounce Operator, and Inflatable Operator for the safety and training part. She was able to do the first part (Bounce) but when you go to (inflatable) you can read all the info, just with you click on take quiz, it says:
