Printing from Chrome

Using Windows 10. Anyone notice anything strange with the fonts printing contracts and packing lists from Chrome? Information is missing, letters are not showing up. It's strange. I have no problems in Firefox though.

We have been getting some reports of similar behavior but it all seems erratic and we haven't been able to reproduce it. It also seems to be printer specific. We haven't really changed anything in our software related to this, so it seems to be related to chrome and how it renders the print. If you save the print to a PDF file, does it still have the missing text?

I can scan and attach what it looks like if you'd like.

I can print to PDF and then print through the printer fine. I can also print from Firefox without any issues. I don't want to use Firefox as it prints headers and footers.

The scan won't be needed. I just wanted to know if saving to PDF also left the missing text. We'll look into this more, but it sounds like a printer issue with Chrome that we may not have any control over. I understand preferring Chrome and we want our software to function well in it, but if you need to print via FireFox, there are printer settings you can adjust to remove those headers and footers. Thanks for you feedback.

Thanks. I thought maybe Chrome was out of date but I did an update and still that issue. I will see if I can print from a different computer that connects to a different printer to see if there's any change. It seems to only be with your site. Also, I did a search for the FireFox to remove the headers and I can't find a "simple" way of doing it. Everything I'm reading I have to go through the command prompt. Do you have another easy way of turning off the header and footer?

I think this might also depend on each printer and the printers settings. I'm not sure. Sorry.
