We would like to charge tent walls at per ft and dance floor per sq ft. also how do we add as an add-on/ accessory for the upcharges like the tent walls and market lights on our tents?

You will want to set up the walls and the light strings as priced accessories. For example...set up the walls as something like 10x20 walls for $20 a piece...then the customer can choose 5 for a total of $100.
