Price Quote for Summer Slide

Hi
I no longer have the Summer Slide, per Tim it can't be removed.
A customer got a price quote for it at $100.00, to later find out I no longer have it. Is there anything you can do so that this doesn't happen again. I really appreciate it.

You used to have to make the item "inactive." We recently changed it so that you can delete the item as normal (This just makes it inactive for you. It doesn't remove the item from old leads). The item will no longer be visible to the customer or available to create new leads with.

Hi Guys The Summer Slide is still visible and customer is still able to request a quote. on a new lead. Not sure why this happened. I no longer have it. Please review and correct. Thanks a million.

It is marked as inactive in your inventory, which will keep it from your quote page. The quote you referenced was done on 1/6. I'm assuming it was marked inactive after that. Thanks!
