Price not updating

Ran into an issue with a rental not increasing in price when the time was increased. Can you please look into it? Everything looks good, I just cant get the price to increase.

When you first create the lead, we calculate the price. After it's saved, we don't automatically change any prices. You have to check the "Recalculate" box (next to the total) to recalculate the whole lead, or blank out a specific field that you want recalculated.

Ex: If you've made some price modifications to a lead, and you find out the address is wrong. You change the venue address, and want to recalculate the distance charges, but not all the other pricing modifications you've made. You can do this by blanking out the delivery price field and clicking Update/Save.

I did use the recalculate box and it still would not update, which is the issue. I didnt try blanking out the price field, as the recalculate has always worked in the past. Do prices have to be blanked out for the recalculation to work now?

You are correct. But this was an unintentional change on our end. We are working on changing it back right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
