price not showing up despite being checked off

On invoice 750650
the item price is not showing up on the lead. Everything is checked off to show up.

I'm not sure what steps were taken to produce the $0 for that item, but it's settings appear correct. I blanked out the $0 line item price on the lead while editing it, clicked "Update" and it calculated a price correctly. (I didn't save any changes, so you'll need to edit the lead).
If you mean that you would like the quote to display the rental price by line item, the NY location has this setting:
Display Rental Price Breakdown to Customers: No
Settings->General Settings
