I receive a message that this site uses a plugin (0.00) that is not supported. trying to send an attached screen shot but will have to send it separate email, I guess.

I ran several checks for malware but could not find anything.

We will have to do a screen share with you. Send us a couple times that will work for you and a number to call. We are pretty confident it is not related to IO software.
