Anytime I click on a lead either from the lead menu, the overview menu, the customer menu or the calendar, I get a please wait message. I have waited several minutes and nothing is happening. This has been an issue on and off since I started using this program. Please help. I can not see the details of any rental.

It sounds like you may be using Internet Explorer. We do not support use of this browser on the back end of Inflatable Office. You'll need to download and use either Google Chrome or FireFox. I'd recommend making one of them your default web browser too.
