Phone number needs to be changes on customer emails

My information page has my toll free number but my telephone numbers on my customer emails do not all have this number listed. they have old disconnected phone numbers.
I need this number on everything, both for my Rochester and Cortland Funflicks territories.

You can easily change the numbers by going to the templates and typing the new number in. For emails, go to Settings->Email Center. Click on an email template. Click edit. Find the wrong number and type the new one in its place. I encourage you not to do a copy paste.
