We're having phone issues this morning we were able to place outgoing calls but all calling in is getting the music and the message on hold and they're able to leave voicemails but we're getting no rings on any of our phones
I noticed that in your IO Phone settings (IO Phone->settings at the top right) you have it set to use extensions but none of the workers on your ring schedule have any extensions set to be used. It isn't ringing any of your workers because it's waiting for extension digits to be pressed. If you would rather not use extensions, as it seems you weren't expecting that behavior, simply set "Use Extensions" to "No" on the settings popup page. I also noticed that you still have hold music saved. To completely remove this, click the red trash icon to the left of the "Hold Music" text. Then, all you need to do is save these new settings using the button at the bottom. Hopefully this helps. Let us know if you're still having difficulties.
