Paypal Surcharge Kicking Back

Customer clicked to pay the balance of $140 in full. The surcharge appeared to have calculated but didn't pull over along with Paypal to the payment screen. Now I'm left with the $2.75 fee as an unpaid balance. I'm obviously not going to ask the customer to come back and pay that amount so I'm just at a lost for the entire processing fee from Paypal. Please look into this as soon as possible as I can't afford to take this hit on every order. Not sure if this was a one time thing or what but it's the first time it's ever happened. Thanks

I tested this and it worked fine for me. I think it was likely a one-time issue where the client was using an older browser that caused the code to not function properly. If it continues to happen, let me know so we can investigate it further. Sorry about that!
