Payments received and deposits due

The auto reminders are such a valuable took. Recently we had a customer who paid for the event in full but then added some attractions which left a balance due.

I assumed that an auto payment would go out to inform them of the payment reminder, but apparently that did not happen automatically as we anticipated. is that because we did not set something up properly or does the system require anything else if it sees that there is a balance remaining AFTER an event has been previously fully paid? Eg: 3506825

This is because there was a "deposit due" email that already went out. If the email has already went out, it won't go out again unless you go to the "auto emails" tab of the lead and click "edit" then check the "allow resend" checkbox.
