Payments made; Leads not moving to Confirmed status

Hi -
We've had a few auto-bookings lately not being moved into Confirmed status after the contract is signed, and deposit payments are made.
Two examples currently sitting in Contract Signed status, but also showing payments:

Several of your leads had the status flag "Mark Leads to this status when customer Auto Books" when only one status should. We're thinking this was the cause of this. I've removed that attribute from your higher up statuses. Please let us know if the issues continues with new leads. You can manually change the status of the existing leads now to the approprate status.

The problem has returned.
ID 2272849 is the latest lead that has not moved to "Confirmed" status, and 2261037 & 2249343 were noticed and manually changed the status.
